After inspecting the tyres, weights and valves, we remove them all carefully. |

The wheels are chemically stripped to remove any old flaking paint and contaminants. |

We assess each wheel for any signs of damage and corrosion. |

De-gassing and pre-heating takes place. This ensures precise preparation prior to coating. |

Powder coating primer ensures a smooth finish. The wheel is inspected again and then cured to an exact time and temperature in our oven. |

We can restore to an original colour or a custom colour. Our colour range includes OEM water based colours. |

We can carry out Diamond Cutting using a state of the art lathe, leaving a high shine finish. |

A Powder acrylic lacquer is applied to the wheel, providing an excellent finish and a hard durable coat. |

If you are not taking your alloys here to be repaired then your going to the wrong place, it's that simple. The service I got from whole team is unreal! Repaired my alloys to basically new and didn't take long at all. Honest places like this are hard to find these days, just get your alloys done here, simple! ?

A truly first class service. I was originally looking for someone to fix a cracked rim and my search lead me to Diamond Cut AWC. I was looking on their website and saw the quality work they do and was inspired to go for the full monty and have all my rims refurbished. I bought my car 2nd hand and the rims had taken a beating. When I went to drop my car I was expecting to leave it there but I was told that they had a set of wheels I could rent for the week at a very reasonable cost. I didn't loose the use of my car which was great. You can follow the work they do on your wheels via Instagram and got excited viewing my wheels go through the different stages. I got the call to say my wheels were ready and I went to pick them up. My car looks even better than it did before, It's taken it to another level. I just want to say a huge thank you to Mus & his team, pass on my thanks to the boys.

Mustafa and his team, apart from being some of the nicest people you’ll meet are also some of the most enthusiastic about their profession. They did an incredible job on my 19” Turbines, having talked me through the entire process, making suggestions as they went. As we walked towards my car to look at the finished article, Mustafa was clearly nervous as to my opinion of the work. When I said I loved it he seemed genuinely excited as not only a business owner providing a great service to his customer, but also as a fan. Cant recommend highly enough.
